This Tool only collects necessary information to implement core functions:

1.User-uploaded content: Including image and video materials used for functions such as AI image stylization, image-to-video conversion, face-swapping, clothing-changing, and AI dancing.
2.Basic device information: Such as device model, operating system version, and browser type, which is only used to ensure the normal operation of the Tool and troubleshoot faults.
3.Function usage data: Such as the type of function used, operation time, and number of generated contents, which is only used to optimize the service experience and is not associated with personal identity information.



II. Rules for Information Use

1.Function implementation: The collected user-uploaded content is only used to generate the effects required by users, and the generated results are only displayed to the users themselves.
2.Service optimization: Analyze user needs based on anonymized and aggregated function usage data to optimize Tool performance without identifying individual users.
3.Prohibited uses: Do not sell or lease user information to third parties, nor use it for other purposes beyond those agreed in this Policy.



III. Information Storage Period and Method

1.Storage period: All user-uploaded materials and generated contents are stored for 7 days, starting from the date of upload or completion of generation. After the expiration, the automated system will completely delete them, which cannot be recovered.
2.Storage method: User information is stored on servers that meet industry security standards, with data encryption, access permission control and other technologies to ensure security.
3.Early deletion: Users can actively delete relevant information through the "Delete Materials/Results" button in the Tool, which will be executed immediately after confirmation of the operation.



IV. Information Protection Measures

1.Adopt HTTPS transmission encryption, AES-256 storage encryption and other technologies to ensure the security of information transmission and storage.
2.Strictly restrict the access rights of the operation team, only authorize necessary technical personnel to access temporarily, and the access behavior is fully recorded.
3.In case of an information security incident, immediately activate the emergency plan and notify the affected users within 48 hours.



V. User Rights

1.Can view the personally uploaded content and generated results stored in the Tool at any time.
2.Can actively delete uploaded materials and generated contents, and contact customer service to assist in correcting incorrect information.
3.If you no longer agree to this Policy, you can stop using the Tool, and the stored information will still be deleted in accordance with the 7-day period.



VI. Third-Party Service Description

This Tool may contain third-party SDKs or services, and third parties will process information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We will strictly screen service providers, require them to comply with data security standards and supervise the performance of protection obligations.



VII. Policy Update and Notification

This Policy may be updated in accordance with changes in laws and regulations or function adjustments. After the update, it will be announced on the homepage of the Tool and take effect 7 days after the announcement. Continuing to use the Tool shall be deemed as consent to the updated terms.
